Education.
He is the SEC Track and Field meet record holder as a member in the 4x800,

As a certified trainer and conditioning specialist, he has worked with Olympic
athletes, as well as individuals, from the ages 5 to 92 years of age over the last
twenty years. Some of his clients have included the Fords, Astors and
Rockefellers.
He is also the author of the acclaimed “The 15 Minute Executive Stress-Relief Program”
published by Putnam, and has served as a consultant to the media, on CBS This
Morning, Good Day New York, The KTLA Morning Show, with articles appearing in Self,
GQ, Men’s Health, New York Post, Glamour, W, Avenue, as well as numerous national
radio programs.

In addition, Greg has created a 21st century self-coaching, mental, physical, emotional
and nutritional conditioning system, to find your own process for learning with behavior
modification, using a mathematical equation, to not only predict, but also change
behavior and thus performance, by providing a psychological structure, or vehicle for
arranging information, in relation to a question, so that the answer, or course of action
is made clear, to help you create a personal map, to bridge the gap from intention to
achievement.

Greg is very excited about the 21st century self-coaching conditioning. He truly believes
this modality enhancement conditioning system will be the “Personal Trainer of the
Future”, not limited to diet and exercise, but a tool for learning, performance and
psychology as well.

He has also created a software process for the internet, soon to be released, along
with a book series, that will bring diet, exercise and conditioning to the next level into the
21st century.
